All donations made through the Site are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. UnfilteredVentures LLC does not store sensitive payment information on our servers. Your donation will be processed in accordance with the payment processor’s privacy and security protocols.

If you believe you have made an error in your donation (for example, donating the wrong amount or selecting the wrong donation option), please contact us within 14 days of the donation at billing@unfilteredventures.com. While we are unable to offer a refund, we will review your inquiry and work with you to resolve the issue in a manner that complies with applicable law.

  1. Products and Services The Site provides access to products, services, and related content. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, prices, and availability information; however, we do not guarantee the accuracy of such information. We reserve the right to change, update, or remove products and services at our discretion.

Printful Certain products available through the Site are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand and order fulfillment service. Fulfillment, shipping, and returns for these products are handled directly by Printful, and use of these services is subject to Printful’s own terms and policies.

Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses, unclaimed customs packages, or customer refusal will be sent to the applicable Printful facility and stored for up to 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity. Notification of returned products is provided via email.

Customers should be advised to contact the store before initiating any returns. Printful’s addresses should be used only for product returns and labeled as “UnfilteredVentures Returns.” Printful is not authorized to receive or respond to any legal correspondence on behalf of UnfilteredVentures LLC.

Reshipping fees apply for returned items. Errors attributable to Printful will be corrected at no cost. However, if returns are initiated due to sizing or non-defective issues in accordance with the store’s return policy, the cost of replacement and reshipping will be incurred by the customer.

HubSpot The Site utilizes HubSpot to manage communications, customer interactions, and marketing automation. Data submitted through contact forms, waitlists, and other interactive features may be processed and stored by HubSpot in accordance with its privacy policies. This includes but is not limited to names, email addresses, and preferences collected for communication and service personalization.

All personal data processed by HubSpot is handled with industry-standard security measures. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe links or by contacting us directly.

  1. Payment Processing We use Square as our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase through the Site, you agree to Square’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which govern how Square processes your payment information.

UnfilteredVentures LLC does not store sensitive payment information on our servers. Your payment information is processed securely by Square.
